We are so appreciative of everyone who signs up to have a booth on the Trick-or-Treat Trail at Valley Parks and Recreation’s 2026 Fall Festival!

Participation is completely FREE for businesses and organizations. We simply ask that you bring LOTS of candy for guests to enjoy while they Trick-or-Treat at the festival.

If you would like to provide small giveaway items, have a tabletop game, or hand out promotional materials from your business, such as business cards, flyers, or pamphlets, you are encouraged to do so!

Booth Guidelines:
•Businesses and organizations may not sell any products or services from their booth.
•This is a not-for-profit registration form for businesses and organizations participating in the Trick-or-Treat Trail.
•If you are a business interested in selling food or drinks at the Fall Festival, please exit this form and look for the "Food Vendor Registration Form" on our website.
•Any business or organization placed inside the complex on the Trick-or-Treat Trail that is found selling items for profit will unfortunately be asked to stop selling and may be asked to leave the festival.
